I am a vegetarian. I have always been a vegetarian and I cook a vegetarian meal everyday.
A large population in India is vegetarian and the vegetarian recipes are endless. Be it rice, breads, curries, sweets, snacks, you could make a dish and not repeat it for a year, unless you want to.
There is a misconception that vegetarians don't get enough nutrients as they don't eat meat. But that is not true.
We cook a variety of vegetarian dishes. Breads, deserts, soups, Rice varieties, curries, pickles, chutneys etc. We use a variety of grains, vegetables, fruits and also dairy products which give us the necessary nutrients.
